After initial briefing, generally we offer a design proposal to the client that is both imaginative and pragmatic in nature. It offers a rough idea to the client that how the design would take place.

The designs of building or any construction is very complex in nature which needs a strong degree of foresight to accomplish the task. We make sure that the selection of materials and technologies are as per the industry trends. Being the architects we deal with local and federal jurisdictions about regulations and building codes. At some of the areas, we need to comply with local planning and zoning laws, such as required setbacks, height limitations, parking requirements, transparency requirements (windows) and land use. In addition to that, we have to take required adherence or permission from some of the pre-established jurisdictions for designing and building our constructions as per government rules and guidelines.

The key part of any of the design includes the consultation of the architect along with the engineers, surveyors as well as other specialists who are directly or indirectly involved throughout the design process. This helps in ensuring other related aspects like the structural support and air conditioning elements which are coordinated in the scheme as a whole.
